CHOPTA RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation against any services due to any inevitable reason, it should be informed in writing on our official mail id (info@choptaresort.com). Cancellation charges would be deducted from the amount to be refunded from the date of receiving the written cancellation document. (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable)

• 35 Days in advance -: 25% Cancellation charge of Total Package Cost
• 25 Days in advance – : 50% Cancellation charge of Total Package Cost
• 15 Days In advance – : 100% Cancellation charge of Total Package Cost

NOTE –

• FOR HIGH PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS (from 20th April to 15th June & 10ct. to 20Nov.) – please note that if the booking for high peak season is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

As per our refund policy, the refund would take 5 to 7 working days.
